Brad L. Hoffman
Brad gained his deep knowledge of the corporate world from the inside, where he worked as a senior-level executive in Fortune 500 companies for more than 15 years and traveled the globe to pull complex deals together. In 2003, Brad decided to put his experience to work to help his own clients in private practice. He became an entrepreneur himself as a founding partner of our law firm, and he lives here in the area with his wife and three children. He is involved in the local community as a volunteer and coach. Before receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver in 2003, Brad graduated from the University of Nebraska with his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance and passed the Arizona CPA exam.
Brad also uses his expertise in complex business transactions to support entrepreneurs who form and manage their own businesses. From business formation to lease/purchases to contracts, to employment practices and standards, Brad’s experience and advocacy help businesses to succeed. As your firm’s corporate specialist, Brad helps his clients navigate the complex issues that come with litigation. With his many years of association with the legal, accounting and financial divisions of the corporate world, Brad provides a solid and smart set of strategies that result in strong outcomes for his clients. Among other things, Brad has successfully represented business owners in many industries.
In addition to Brad’s corporate background, he also has extensive experience in defending victims of negligence, discrimination or retaliation at work. Whether you have been injured in an accident because of the negligence of another or are suffering from discrimination, harassment or retaliation at work, Brad is prepared to help you through your most difficult times. He provides aggressive and compassionate representation to clients who have been hurt due to drunk drivers, negligence or carelessness.
