Elyse’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury law and business law and development, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, and civil litigation. Elyse is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Wyoming. Elyse is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado. She is an active member in the Larimer County Bar Association and a past president of the Larimer County Women’s Bar Association.
Elyse earned her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2014. Prior to law school, Elyse graduated from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2010. After graduating from law school, Elyse worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Daniel J. Kaup and the Honorable Susan Blanco in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District in Fort Collins. Elyse joined Grant & Hoffman Law Firm in 2017. Elyse has lived in Northern Colorado for over twenty years, including in both Greeley and Fort Collins.
