A founding partner of the firm, Tom brings more than thirty years of Colorado law practice to every matter, from civil and felony criminal jury trials to real estate, oil and gas, business, and family law. He is a former Assistant City Attorney for the City of Greeley and a past President of the Weld County Bar Association.

Philip joined the firm in 2024 and is committed to giving sound legal counsel, whatever his clients are facing. A former high school history teacher, he earned his law degree from the University of Memphis, gaining experience in contract, regulatory, family law, and estate planning work along the way.

Cindy brings 15 years of experience to the firm's legal support and day-to-day operations. A University of Northern Colorado business graduate, she pairs strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to helping clients navigate the legal process with confidence.

Vickie has spent 25 years guiding families through some of life's most difficult transitions as a family law paralegal. A University of Northern Colorado graduate and former newspaper reporter, she also holds an active Colorado real estate license and is preparing for Colorado's Licensed Legal Paraprofessional exam.

Alanna oversees the firm's daily office operations and supports its attorneys and paralegals. With a background in customer service, medical office administration, and client relations, she keeps the office organized and makes sure every client and colleague receives attentive, professional support.
